Free Hong Kong shipping for orders over $500. 

Shipping fee of $50 is charged for orders under $500.

 

Please note that we cannot accept SF locker as delivery address as we have no access to these lockers.

 

All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days. Parcels are expected to be delivered within 2 to 4 working days.

So you can expect to receive your parcel within 6 working days from when you place your order.

 

Due to the nature of our products (personal care items), we cannot accept returns.

If the delivery address provided is invalid, incomplete, or out of the delivery service area, Freewaves reserves the right of order cancellation.

Freewaves is not liable for any late delivery or any forms of damages arise during delivery caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
